We just got served an "Eviction Summons" from our apartment.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
I don't even want to get into all the bullshit that's occurred here, for it has been far too much. Amanda and Nick have talked to a Lawyer, he said we're fine as long as we cure the problems, which we did. now they're trying to serve us papers to evict us? SERIOUSLY. WHAT THE FUCK!??!
I've never ever in my life had problems with a landlord. not once. And now this place has been just constant grief.
The apartment management company was served a legal notice by the Housing Authority that they needed to comply with the repairs made to the building by August 28th. They called today and told the housing authority that they can't get in to do the repairs because we've been denying them access. Okay, Amanda and Nick are home all day, every day. Also, because they're retarded, they don't realize that they can enter our apartment any time they want to as long as they give us 2 days notice. IDIOTS!!!!
Clearly they're just trying to cover their asses and get us out of here. Bitch please, we're leaving already! End o' the month!!
According to the landlord tenant act, because the repairs were never made to the apartment when we FIRST requested them be done, we are eligable to terminate tenancy immediately and move out. Well, that's what we're doing. End of August we're OUT OF HERE.
man, I hope they get what they deserve. They're ridiculous!!!! When will this BS stop?!?
